Christmas Break Camp (MI)

We are putting on a camp over christmas break in Grand Rapids, MI
The dates are Dec. 28 & 29 from 8:30 am till Noon on both days.
Also we are putting on Running Technique Clinics those days as well from 2:00 to 5:00 pm. They are basic speed clinics that focus on teaching proper running mechanics and showing how to run correctly and why you run the way you do based on your current mechanics.
