My daughter is a sophmore. She vaulted last year. We are looking for someplace for her to train over the winter. Her school doesn't have indoor training. Western Sub area. Any suggestions ?

What about the Sterling YMCA - when my son was in middle and high school we used to make the trip to sterling 3 to 4 times a year to pv at their "meets" - this place was amazing -

too little too late, but North Central College coach Tim Winder hosts a PV camp every summer and the fall. It's a great camp with great coaching and lots of runway time. He hosts it at NCC which is located in Naperville.
