As soon as I get the green light I will be putting on Sunday vault clinics here at Eastern. I will probably cap it at 15 people, since it will most likely just be me there working with the kids. Vaulters of all level are welcome, even those wanting to learn the vault. This will not be a camp to back up to full runs and jump pr's, rather a camp to teach vital fundamentals that will allow the vaulter to jump much higher in the future.
Right now it will be 20-25$
Start at 10:30-11:30 with video/ discussion time
11:30-12:30 fundamental drill work
12:30-1 lunch
1-2 More fundamental drill work
2-3ish pole vaulting session
