It's not too late to sign up and attend the Rolling Meadows Pole Vault Clinic Sun Jan 8th! Elite pole vaulter Darren Niedermeyer (18' 9"PR) will help lead instruction on run, plant, take off, and swing. Also learn from Rolling Meadows' vault coaches who have produced all state pole vaulters. UCS Spirit has provided many excellent t-shirts, shoe bags, and posters for those who attend!
