Bloom HS, Chicago Heights, Illinois produced many top HS pole vaulters during the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's . Including two national HS record holders, one Olympic medalist, and 5 other HS vaulters over 16'. Bloom last year due to finanical problems
did not offer the pole vault. We are currently forming a committee for the the redevelopment of Bloom pole vaulting
