Reno was lots of fun once again! nothing beats watching the elite competition!!! At least stacy got to vault this year!!! (last year she was hurt). Also, it was excitng to find out that Amy Chow was in my practice group on Friday. She's actually really good for just starting!!! Overall reno was a blast again!! Yeah I talked to Amy some! She is really nice. She is in med school and trains just once a week and she already vaults over 11'!

yeah, but with that gymnastic background, she's bound to kick some butt right away, lol
Champions aren't made in gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them-a desire, a dream, a vision. They have to have last-minute stamina, they have to be a little faster, they have to have the skill and the will. But the will must be stronger than the skill. - Muhammad Ali

Talent in cheaper than table salt. What separates the talented individual from the successful one is a lot of hard work.
-Stephen King
