USATF Communication Survey

I am an MBA student in The Warsaw Sports Marketing Center at the University of Oregon. I am a member of a team conducting a project to analyze the capabilities of the current communication channels between USATF and its constituents (athletes, coaches, managers, fans, meet directors, therapists, etc.). We have created a brief survey (see link below) to help gather some information for our study and would greatly appreciate your help by completing the survey. The survey contains 23 questions and should take no more than 10 minutes to finish.
