I don't know my exact times from last year (which was my first year) and since I haven't ran this year I don't know have any recent times..I know last year I ran Mt. Baker (5k) in like 21:something..dangit..I should look that up, eh? most of my races were around 21..I remember my goals for some races last year had to do with breaking the 21 min barrier? my personal barrier!

Hmm. I thought this was a pole vault message board... Just kidding. I haven't been timed because I never ran on a cross country team. But I do love to run. An average mile for me is about 7 to 7:30. I know it's slow. So I would have to guess that my time would be about 25 minutes. I'm totally making that up, I'll try it someday

Yeah I do. I recently e mailed Jim Keys up at GMU to ask a few questions ( about IST) and get any updates about the Christmass camp that they have there. He sent me dates and told me that it was going to be run on 5 consecutive mondays. I would give you the dates but somebody (i have a shared aol account) deleted my mail and so now i don't even know when it is! i guess I will have to e mail him again but i don't want to bug him so it might be a while before I do that
