UK Midlands Athletes hit new highs

Darlaston girl Kimberley SMITH who trains at TIPTON Sports Academy and competes for Sale Harriers came 3rd for GBR with 3.20m in pole-vault in the EUORPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP CLUB CUP FOR JUNIORS held at Gateshead on the Saturday 18th September 2004, just missing out to the Russian and Czech Republic respectively.
TIPTON HARRIERS Junior boys and girls recently competed at CLECKEATON where the boys achieved 3rd and the girls came 4th. Adam SMITH achieved a new U17 pole-vault record for TIPTON Harriers when he vaulted 4.20m at the meeting.
