"We approached IAAF president Lamine Diack who promised to assist us obtain equipment in the form of discus, javelin, pole vault and other track and field accessories. We have already sent the list needed and budget and awaiting his reply. We will procure the rest," Okeyo said.

I would assume this means pits, standards, & runway. Based on the fact it is for a championship meet, I doubt they would be approved for financing for vaulting poles to be used by the host country.
What did you do to get better today?
