if you don't have a 6 step "MID" .. put one in for your coach or a friend.. could help get your steps at the meets quicker..
looks like you should be 53/54.. gripping 15-9/16-1
very good jumps ... down the middle..
on your pole carry and drop ... possibly get your left wrist up more... left elbow down.. more "bubka" style.. should help you continue the very good stride cadence
