Hi All,

I'm writing to invite you to the "Canadian National Beach Pole Vault Championships". Building on the success of last year, we will be again holding the event on Jericho Beach in Vancouver. On Saturday August 4th both the men and women will compete followed by a BBQ for all! I hope to see as many of you out as possible, jumping and cheering on your friends. This is a great, fun meet to round out the season. All ages and all skill levels are welcome!

1. McKane Lee 5.37 (with one really awesome shot at 5.50 on a 15' pole) outdoor PR
2. Andy Miller 5.20 season PR, probably a PR from that run
3. Ryan Vu 5.05 PR
