3X60 3X50 3X30 3 MINUTES BETWEEN REPS / 5-8 MINUTES BETWEEN SETS. thats the hardest workout on that page, doesnt seem that hard...but is this workout suppose to be like plyometrics where you get alot of rest... do i just have the wrong idea about workouts are suppose to be tiring.

well it doesn't look like a "work out", per say, but more speed development training (which it says at the top of the web page). It not a workout you follow to get into shape, its a work out you follow to get faster. All anaerobic, low volume high intensity. You don't build much speed running 150's again and again, those build fitness. The real speed development comes in the 60, 40, 20 full out sprints.

being freshman blows , seriously no one treats them like human beings anymore. we have to take in and out the pads, clean up after home meets, bring desert for the banquet, clean up after the banquet, bearcrawl til you die if you dont clean up, man... its harsh. next year im a sophmore tho, yey for me
