Getting back into it...

Unread postby LHSpolevault » Sat Mar 25, 2006 1:15 pm

How long into the preseason should I start gripping at my normal grip? I just finished Week 1... I'm gripping at 11' right now to get myself back into the feel of everything and my usual grip is about 12'9".
