simple exercises

I need some help on exercies that don't need any equipment (basically anything i can do in my backyard), and will help w/ my overall height. I'm 15, and almost have 11 feet, but i can already feel pressure at meets to get higher. I used to do some tumbling, and now all i do is cross country.

There are lots of stubbie drills you can do. All you need is a stubbie. For that you can use anything, a broken pole, pvc pipe, a broomstick. There are lots and some you can do while your watching TV. That's how I get through commercial breaks.
