well it seems my bottom arm is hurting like i cant extend it all the way and i thought i should see if any of u had the same problem or if i need to go the the hospital i mean its fine till i try and lock it and its sore like my muscles are messed up if have any ideas the would be greatly appreciated!

you can't go wrong with ICE....ice for 3 days....don't heat until during that time. Other than that i couldnt' tell you much...if it is something that doesn't seem to get better you should go see a doctor or see your trainer
