Hey guys.....it's not how much force you create on a bench press, but how much force you can move your body around a stationary support. Let's not forget the age of the athlete either...I circuit trained thru high school and benched 270 (weighed 145) then got specific in college.
Let's see, club record for free hip handstand on the high bar is 6 in a row...

a good way to learn this move is to put your high bar 5/6 feet from the floor and put a 12" pad underneath..
start in a vertical position on the bar.. hands at the waist.. cast the body away from the bar ... as the hips come back toward the bar start the rotation... shoulders back.. feet down and "spin" around the grip.. the momentum from the 180 rotation.. head down/feet up gives you the force to "open"

Free hip handstand
Go to the local Gynmnastics club and look up thei sequence for the movemant. It's a level 5 girls skill.

We use a front section of an old pit under ours. Depending on your initial skills you may need "Lots" of extra padding front and back... for the fly away's.
