trainning loads

hey just a question what types of trainning do you guys do and how many times a week. summer or winter i just want to get an little bit of an idea

my load is

vault 2 times a week
run once a week which includes long jump
plio once a week weight 3 times a week
and gym once a week

SUMMER
Run Mon.-Fri.
Mon.,Wed.,Fri. I do weights and Abs
Vault 2 times a week

WINTER
Everything as summer but i dont vault
