How often do you train.

A forum to discuss overall training techniques, nutrition, injuries, etc. Discussion of actual pole vault technique should go in the Technique forum.

How often do you train.

I have traning 9 times a week. I wan't to know how often traning other vaulters and how much must I train to be a good vaulter (jumping over 5.20m) or If you know how much train the pole vault stars please write here!

what type of training do you mean? vaulting, running, weights?
