Starting PV looking for any tips
I'm starting pv and i have been told i have alot of potential..im looking for any good tips to help me when i get into meets since this is my first year of track..thanks[/b]

Well - the best advice I can give it to work hard and stay dedicated.
Joining this site was also a great idea. Take a look around cause there is a ton of excellent advice on here.
My suggestions are to just make sure you're patient and work hard on getting down your technique before trying to go for the higher heights - they'll come automatically with the good technique. Also, it doesnt hurt to work on building up your speed and uperbody strenght.
I'm sure you'll get pleanty of good advice from everyone on here - and welcome to the pole vault community.
