As of lately, I've still been plagued by my shoulder injury whatever it may be. No specific diagnostic.
I am tired of sitting around, but I can't run or swim because of the arm/ shoulder movements, or do various lifts with weights. Are there any workouts or drills i can do with no use for my shoulder other than the ab work im doing? Thanks again.

eliptical or bike is a good awy to at least keep some fitness level. some light lifting, leg curls, leg extensions, calf raises.

Find a good massage therapist or chiropractor. Those guys can get you on the right track to healing properly. As I have said before, you need to put your body in a position to heal properly, and fix the underlying problem to your injury. Those guys can really help you get on the right track.
