I was wondering if i took cold/stuffy nose medicine before a meet if it would affect performance. I am just getting of a cold and am wondering if it would be better for me to have a stuffy/runny nose or be full of medication for a meet.

some kinds of medicine make u tired and stuff... make sure u dont get the drowsy kind.. or like n ite quil or soemthing.. that stuff takes u out heh.

advil cold and sinus you'll feel soooo much better and you won't be tired at all! good stuff
