i think anything that will help ur upper body adn abs will do..
do soem incline bench, milatary press, pushups, situps, leg raises, leg lifts, crunches, dips and pullups
and i think u should also work ur legs, lunges, squats, and deadlifts r really good.
iunno though i dont do alotta lifts anymore.. dont have time... im not sure if these will help specifically for pv??.. but i would think it would?

PM me for specifics, i'd definitely focus on shoulders, back, and most importantly, abs. handstand pushups...you know what, this reminds me of some posts ive replied on before...check around under "General", i think there's like 3 other good threads, check 'em out

but make sure that your always on the track, you wont vault higher just in the weight room, you gotta be on the runway, and the gymnastic strength will come.

if i could redo my life, idve done gymnastics since i was old enough to grip a bar. i think gymnastic strength/flexibility can be so much more helpful than the weight room, though if you're skinny like me, weights can really help if not abused or used for wrong reason or substituted for more important training.
