Weight lifting workouts

I was wondring if anyone would like to part with some knowledge of weight lifting routines to make a better vaulter. If not could someone point me in the right direction. I tried searching but found litte to no success. Thank you in advance

well i can tell you what weights our athletes do , and you can play around with it and see
3x5 combo lifts
3x10 bench press
3x10 pull ups
3x10 dead lifts
3x10 lat pull downs
3x10 seated rows
3x8 squats
thats only one day , i can;t remember which day though , and after that we do ab excercies... i hope this helps
