OMG!!! That is crazy! I must say though the begining looked a little fake to me, but what the hell anything is possible!

:eek: oh my gosh.... at 2:22-2:50.....

I thought i was in decent shape doing a few of the core workouts we do in our club.

I just got demoralized.

I can do like 2 one armed pull ups, and can hold the flag thing, but the rest of that, wow

I have a girl thats in the school. It's in San Francisco and she's doing ok. Moving up the ranks and was the '06 state champ in Oregon. Emme Piatt. She does the rope and trapeze very well..

I watched the one where he was doing back tucks in a row, and that stuff is hard. I can do a couple in succession, but not like that! And standing front tucks are almost impossible for me!
