I didn't mean to imply that the wrists were the only things preventing me from doing them, only that they were the weakest link.

I went to vegas a couple years ago and saw a show that has come contortionists. They have the strongest cores I have ever seen. Some of the stuff they did, believe it or not, was far more impressive than that...

I'll try to explain one of the acts

One guy was 'lying' flat to the ground, belly up, hoisted only by his hands. So not only are his shoulders hyperextended, he is balancing all of of his weight in a way that just makes no sense. What made it worse, is his buddy climbed on top of him, and did the same position, putting his hands on the bottom guys shoulders...

maybe you can't picture that, but it was truly one of the most impressive things I have ever seen... just nuts...

dang maybe we should work our muscles to be able to do what these guys ca do and then see what we can do in the vault.

wow ive tried those parallel to the ground but never like that before. ive almost got the parallel to the ground version and i can pretty much do handstand dips so mebbe ill try that next wrestling practice lol. anyways heres a way more impressive video of some of the stuff the human body is capable of.

just watch this video and be amazed at some of the things this guy can pull off. ive found some more that are even more impressive but this was the easiest to find so here.
