J_Gal openned up '07 with a 13' clearance and....had to move to her 14' poles enroute. Early jumps on the 13'6" 155 lb were very good except about 4' behind the box.
Ended on a 14' 150 lb. Pacer Ultralight. Griping about 13'7". Her timing was way!!! off. But still needed the standards at 80 cm. Off to Seattle next Sat.

Well, despite my timing of 14's being far from correct, I got in the pit just fine. I tried the 14'-150 once in practice, but get rejected 7/8 times (and the one where I got in was only because I stalled out on top, and hung on and waited, then I by chance fell towards the pit...I counted it, I landed in the pit, don't care how ). I was refreshed yesterday after having saturday off, and I was bringing in a lot of spedd, so getting in the pit was not an issue for me. Staying tight to the pole, however, is something I need to work on.
Anyway, a clearance on a 14' pole is not a bad way to start 2007 off. And another little tid-bit, I am getting closer to getting a free-hip handstand on the high bar. Still not quite there, but getting closer. When I do get it, maybe I will be able to control myself on the top of the 14' poles as well!!

OHMIGOSH!!! I just watched the two videos you have posted on YouTube...I was fully blushing, hiding in my sweatshirt, and laughing hysterically, all at the same time! That's some embarrassing entertainment right thurr!!!
