None of these posting seem "superhuman" to me. I have a friend that wieghs 129lbs and benched (at a meet) 240lbs squated 350 and deadlifted 375+ he is STRONG.We have alot of fellows who meet most of these marks (other then college)

When I was vaulting my highest
178lbs 6'2"

260 bench
350 squat
Those are rough est.
4.39 40 (in spikes, on track, hand timed)

In Post-Graduate school:
225lbs Still 6'2"

405 bench
I don't do squats per say since I broke me back pv, but I hip sleded (45 degree angle) 1100 lbs
I had a lot of pent up agression I couldn't take out vaulting anymore

Currently:
197 I think I may have shrunk a 1/4"

295 bench
Hammer stength sqaut machine 900lbs (kills my glutes more than my quads) I guess that's why I've got the big dirier in my avitar.

not sure about my 40 time but I'm on the Kelly Smith relay's record breaking coaches 4x100 team :)

since I started traing for the seattle to portland bike ride (200mi in one day) Ive been putting in 26mi rides three times a week at 20mi/hr ave speeds. which isn't helping that 40 time :P

I don't know if that is the proper name for it. It's what my HS football coach called it. Just about every wieght room has one. You lay on your back and push they wieght on a rack up a 45 degree incline. I mentioned 45 degree angle there b/c there was one gym I lifted at that had a "hip sled" and you laid on you back under the wieght and pushed it straight up above you.

gese i was reading all of this "stuff" it is so confusing. I don't lift, at all. I use to wrestle and I lifted then but once I started pole vault it just all stoped for some reason. Is that realy bad? I have been improving rapidly and not doing any weight lifting? i don't know, all of these numbers are just, numbers to me
