well i too had that much time to wait to start PV'n and i got into GREAT shape running distance and doing sprints. but as for the workouts on your bedroom floor ALL of these ones are AMAZing and require no weights, although i highly recommend a fitness rubber ball and some good qualty medicine balls. I did a select few of the ones i could do at the time. for a long time and first time over the bar i cleared 8'6" with descent technique. so here they are, oh and also i practiced driving my knee up and pole runs with a broom stick, lol once i attempted a whole vault with a 12ft PVC pipe.... ouch, also i recomend looking on youtube for polevault 1-6 they helped me.

these are sick i did about 15 reps of a couple of em every day so it wasnt to hard on my body, then i did the usual tricep pushups and regular pushups. hope this helps you!
