Upper body strength

pullups

we do a group of pullups at the end of our gymnastics routines that we call work-downs! First each ladyvol does 10 pullups with palms facing out, then each does 9 with plams facing towards the face, then 8 with palms facing out, etc until they get to 3.........that's 52 pullups per session. Their goal is to "pop" them!!
