Im in the same boat as u. Im 5'10" and i used to only weigh 135, but over the winter i gained a good 12 pounds in 2 months and 20 alltogether today (all muscle, my BMI went down and water content and lean muscle mass up) i worked out everyday cept sunday. I would lift uppers and lowers on alternate days and switch btw high rep low weight and low rep high weight every new time i lift (monday/tuesday for bulk, wend/thur for toning etc.) I also bought protein, i started with just a shake after i worked out, but i started to drink one when i woke up and one after i worked out. The fact speak for themselves, though im not BIG, i gained 20 pounds...and im alot faster. Its annoying because i got a caloric intake, and just being seditary, i burn 3400 calories!!!, so i had to take in about 4000 to 5000. Just to break even really. Having a fast metablism is good and all until u need to gain weight
