V. General Endurance Circuit C: V-ups,100m run,Push-ups,200m run,skydivers,100m run,Bent knee–ups,200m run,Hip Extenders,100m Run,Sit-ups,200m Run,Crab-ups,100m Run,Alt. knee to chin,200m Run,Side Flex,100m Run,Push-ups,200m Run. Note: Do circuit one time. 100m run @75%â€Â

It's 30 sec of each excercise w/ 15 sec rest. 60 sec rest after the run.

I also updated that post with any times that were missing.

do lots and lots and lots and lots of pull-ups. pre-indorr season, whihc is like now for me, i usually try to do around 100-150 a day.
