vaulting camps for the summer?

A forum to discuss overall training techniques, nutrition, injuries, etc. Discussion of actual pole vault technique should go in the Technique forum.

So tell me exactly why I should come to your camp over say skyjummper in Pa, or fiber benders? I just want to make the right decision.

Well,
1. over a 100 years of coaching the vault will be on staff.
2. Kyle Bishop coached Laurence Johnson when he was in high school.
3. Bob Philips Coached an NCAA champion, and coaches Brian Mondschien, current PV All-American to 5.53m, which i believe is 18'3".
4. Brian Monschien will be there also.
5. your parents can come along and site see in the most historic town in the nation.
6. we will have rope swings scaffold vaulting, a full gymnastics facility to train in, pole vaulting, and when your not vaulting we will have video sessions.
7. we break down the vault in to segments each session.
8. when your not vaulting there is a gameroom in the dinning facility with pool tables and music, video games, etc.
9. you will vault so much, after the camp you will be a stretcher to carry you to your car.
10. ive been a coach at skyjumpers for the past 6 years. i will be there this year also.
11. Skyjumpers might be here next year.

i wasnt even going to go to a camp this summer but that camp sounds like the coolest camp ever!!! lol the only problem for me may be the price for going, oh well. But no doubt it would be worth it!
