How about doing Deadlift on Monday, C&J on Wed, and Snatches on Fri. You're all ready doing Cleans when you do the Clean & Jerks, right? So you'd be less redundant by switching Monday to DL.
It's basically a good plan either way.

there are so many ways to mix and match lifts.....a lot of it is just knowing what your body can take.....if you recover quickly from the olympic lifting, then you may be able to do it 3 days a week. Dead lifts are less explosive so you can take that into account when chosing an order.....just remember....ALWAYS do the Olympic lifting at the start of your workout.

Its difficult to give recommendations on weight lifting without seeing it in the context of an overall training plan. Remeber, lifting is just a means to an end, and that end is vaulting, big.
Lifting can be considered a supplement to the technical work for which it is extremely important to be fresh and fully recovered, for this reason I dont like deadlifts, at all.
As a combination of the weight used, the range of motion and the total number of muscles involved I find this movement extremely fatiguing (in a neural sense). This means recovery takes a lot longer, and because of this I feel it is very difficult to fit into a properly balanced training programme.
