He has visited my university twice, to run coaching weekends in Loughborough, England.

Very informative and he has impressive English.

P.S. I havent got a clue what an offensive Lineman is so ill just take your word for it, American football I'm guessing.
Aim high, then at least if you miss you won't shoot yourself in the foot.

What a cool opportunity! He was one of the really good ones back in the day!

Yeah American football. The big fat guys that protect the quarterback by pushing the defenders away from the ball. A lot of times whether they play or not depends on how much their max Bench Press is.
Pole Vaulting isn't a sport. It's a lifestyle.

Don't ever bounce weights????? To do a correct bench max lift the weight off of the rack and lower it with the elbows directly below the wrists to a controlled stop. Raise it in an upward and slightly back manner to a point above your eyes. Always use a spotter when maxing.

good luck

I met Gataullin this summer, sort of a surprise, he was helping me with my poles, getting them onto a bus, and we got to talking, i knew he was from Russia, but had no idea who he was. When he told me who he was(after i asked) i was pretty shocked, he's a real nice guy, speaks good english also.

The only bench found in sports is found on the sidelines.
