What do you do? (Rope Drills, Bar Drills, Gymnastics, Yoga, Pool Workouts, etc...)

ICE ICE ICE

an occasional surf session :P

Bar drills for sure, and gymnastics when we can get into the room.. but other than that I just ICE big time, and REST as much as i can....

My group has a gymnastic practice on fridays, we do floor stuff, rope, bar(hip circle to handstand, kips, cast to handstand etc.) parallel bars(kips, getting into handstand), rings(swing to handstand, haven't quite got the full handstand yet though).

i do alot of step ups, and standing long jumps. I also like doing handstand push ups.

If you have the availability, use gymnastics as much as you can. Make the drills vault specific in strength and exercise. Become stronger and more coordinated. If you can't get into a gymnastics center, do pool vaulting underwater, rope drills, tumbling, backrolls to handstands, etc.

gymnastics is fun and I find it to be the most helpful thing to do. I do it all the time

are there gymnastics specific things you can do on a pullup bar thats attached to a power rack?
