work out rig?

Unread postby Tubaman » Tue Nov 29, 2005 12:18 am

This year I will be unable to do any winter pole vaulting (no coach), and I take a while to get back into pole vaulting. I was wondering if anyone has ideas of something I could rig up that would simulate getting upside down? I have some rings and pull up bars in the backyard, but I really don't want to do it out in the snow.

Any ideas

I live in Boise ID. I would be doing winter track at BSU but their coach quit this year. There is another team, but with 30+ kids (not to mention spendy) I don't think it would do much. Perhaps I could get a 2 month membership for one of the many 'health clubs' around.
