Injuries........

Unread postby Mecham » Tue Aug 31, 2004 6:18 pm

So i got injured in football. It was my hip. I went to the physical therapist ya know got the treatment there, but he said there was something else. So i went to another doctor. I got x-rayed and he says that i might have bersidus (spelling?) So i guess that means the blood flow to my hip bone is well....not enough to be good, so my bone might be detierating. Thats what the doctor says anyway.

Basically what im trying to say is.... What wicked awesome workouts can i do to not hurt my injury any more and get better at the vault? Any suggestions anything anything.
Just you wait...

I have it (bursitis) on my ischium and left knee. Mine would come and go, and it never really got worse. When it hits, it sucks, but I always just worked around it.

Can't really say that, as it is a case by case condition. Some people have it to the point where it is debilitating, so be careful. Talk to your Doctor. They will probably perscribe anti-inflammatory medicine which helps quite a bit.
