OK, this creatine issue is annoying me so I'm gonna vent:

1. Creatine is natural. If you eat a steak, you are taking in creatine. If you eat ANY red meat, you are taking in creatine. The supplements just condense it alot more. ITS NATURAL PEOPLE.

2. Creatine is COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY LEGAL. EVEN IN THE NCAA. Everyone knows there is alot of politics in college athletics, so heres the deal. Gatorade and the NCAA are buddy-buddy, its obvious and blatent. Gatorade doesn't make and does not plan on making a creatine supplement or ANY supplement for that matter. Therefore, the NCAA is making creatine look bad and "illegal" even though that is the farthest thing ever from the truth. Once again, money rules the table.

3. To clear up the issue. To make a long story short, your body is 75% water. Muscles work better, longer and harder when water is existent in them. That is why it is good to be properly hydrated. Creatine strengthens your muscles, because it allows your muscles to hold more water. Yeah if you take creatine and don't lift you are going to gain water weight. But if you work out, you work out on a higher level, tearing the muscle fibers in a more effective way. Therefore, you get immensely stronger when you work out on creatine. If you then decide to stop taking it, the muscles will still be that strong, you will just tire easier and not have as effective workouts.

No offense to any one in any way, but NCAA is capitolizing on people's ignorance in their knowlege of creatine. The information is out there, you just gotta find it.
