haha cest la vie....anyone else remember that song by b witched?
o well i htae shinsplints.. they like ruin ur running... o well i think i have an overextended ankle? or soemthing like that.. it hurts when i like stretch it by pointing my toes down so its hard to get on my toes..

-groin still messed up
-(top) left hand
-right big toe
-right knee
i know i have to give them time to heal, but i want to vault on them, its too deep into the season to rest it =/. what is the best pain killer thing that people take. i know there was the topic on ibpropheun, but what works the best? i take generic alieve.

Alleve is one of the strongest you can get without a prescription. Don't mix it with ibuprofen.

this isn't really an injury but i thought worth mentioning. i think pv should be canceled if winds do exceed over 40 mph. cause when this person was running down the runway, the wind blew so hard that the while he was running his full speed, the pole flew and rammed into someone else's chest and ouch when i saw it. i think it must have hurt cause the guy said the f word 5 million times.
