I've been doin crossfit for about a month now and was wondering if anyone else here is doing/has done this workout program.
If you haven't heard of it check out http://www.crossfit.com
they post a workout every day on the main page. the site is completely free.
i've started doing the workouts as posted but your allowed to scale them as needed. there's even a link to a website that has scaled down versions of the workouts.

Re: crossfit
The strength teacher at my school is absolutely obsessed with that site. He mentions it about every day, even in my trends in health class!

Re: crossfit
We do a lot of stuff like that in my gymnastics class and I think it's awesome. A lot of their stuff is great for pole vaulters.
Re: crossfit
ya. i like it and can def see the benefit to us polevaulters.
only thing i don't like is there isn't very much short distance sprint work. the shortest sprints i've seen so far have been 400's
anyone have any ideas for a post workout/pre season sprint workout to complement this program?
