Shoulder Surgery.

Unread postby Liminator » Sun Jul 20, 2008 12:03 am

In April I had an arthroscopic bankart done on my right shoulder because I had dislocated it several times before. Three months later I have gained about 90% of my motion back however am still pretty weak. Do you guys think I'll be able pole-vault by the indoor track season?

Dude, you should really ask you're doctor about stuff like that... but if you're looking for some support, I would guess that if you do your therapy excercises or whatever for your shoulder religiously and don't do anything stupid or get really unlucky, you should probably be ready by winter. :D
