I plan on using it to keep people updated on what's new on the website, and a way to clear my own friends list of pole vaulters that I don't know very well in real life.

Why not? People spend a lot more time on Myspace than they do here. My plan is to try to post bulletins whenever I add something new to this site (like upload a new photo album or video).

And I really want to clean up my friends list on my own Myspace.
