PVEI Pole Vault Camp Approach
The PVEI Pole Vault Camp follows the teachings of the USA Track & Field National Pole Vault Development and High Performance Committee that was created in 1988 to re-establish pole vaulting in the United States and to be the leader in the world in the event. This camp is being conducted by the coaches/teachers who formerly coached at the Slippery Rock Pole Vault Camps under the tutelage and support of Mark Hannay (former Northeast National Coordinator), and will present material that is sound, conservative, and recognized by the national pole vault committee in its library of articles.
