12 - 1 pm: Lunch, Questions and answers session with Allan, Rick and Jessie

1 pm - 3 pm

3 pm - 4:30pm:
#1 Allan Launder: 6 left approach vaults
#2 Rick Baggett: Core Strength and Gymnastics

4:30 pm - 6 pm:

#1 Rick Baggett: Core Strength and Gymnastics

6 pm - 7 pm:
Allan Launder: Coaching Pedagogy

Sunday:
Competitions starting at 10 am.
