Tim Mack, 2004 Olympic Gold Medalist, Winter pole vault clinics. This will be an all-encompassing clinic, but we will do a lot of gymnastics as well. Learn how to drop/hold the pole correctly, run and take-off properly. you will learn that if you do these things better, the rest of your vault will get better.
