Hello fellow vaulters,
I am sending this message to update you on the status of the 2013 Pole Vault Explosion.
Unfortunately, this year’s event has been cancelled due to flooding on the Mississippi River and other logistical issues. Please see the recent pictures of the riverfront we have posted. Although the water levels could recede before Independence Day, we did not feel it was fair for you to plan and dedicate your holiday weekend on coming to St. Louis with this uncertainty.
We have already been talking with Fair St. Louis about returning next year. We will do our best to keep you posted as things develop for PVX 2014.
We look forward to seeing everyone next year!
