For Altius, you can see her video from the last topic ( warm weather in arrives in Michigan). She then pulls the swing leg in and pulls real hard with the top arm to clear the bar. Fast forward three weeks ahead to these videos. Can you offer any comments ?

I believe we have the plant synchronized better through your plant drill and we are still drilling swing and pivots although she doesn't pivot well on this vault going for a personal best. 6/12 strides. 10' grip. standards at 24". Thank you very much for your last reply.

Suggest you now foci on teaching her to turn. With a low bar -4' initially ask her to swing up and turn to face back to you -standing on the runway - as she goes over the bar. Not everyone finds this as easy as it seems -so persevere. When she has it move the bar to 5'/6'/7 etc you will find that this will also increase her confidence as she swings. Keep up the high bar work - essentially for continued progress in this phase. Good luck.

Swing and pivot "until the cows come home". Stays together at 5'6". I'll move it up to 6' in the next session. She listens well and rarely complains.
