Rules Changes for South Carolina. Could kill some Clubs?

In many states, coaches from nearby schools simply trade athletes within their clubs and schools. "I coach yours. You coach mine during the off season."

for those concerned, we have confirmed that the total of 3 athletes per high school is the limit for any track club with highschool coaches from same school. We are still truly puzzeled by the intent of this rule. We are trying to arrange additional conversations between SC High School league, USATF and Coaches association to changethis in the future. But for now, any high school track athlete in SC has to train other coaches than his / her own or compete with no coaching at all.
