ANY POLE VAULT DRILL YOU KNOW!

Unread postby PvRowSwim » Tue Apr 26, 2005 4:57 pm

Alright I created this topic because I know everyone is curious for new drlls and such. Alright so here are the rules, to contribute you have to explain the drill, state what its for, and if it works well.

For example: A really good drill to get vertical and inverted is to put a bungee up at a reaching height for you and try to kick it with your feet. It shows you definetly have potential if you can kick it. I, myself, am a solid 8'6" vaulter and i am really really close to 9' but I've been in between pole. I put the bungee at 11' and then 11'6" and then 12" and i kicked it! It gives you alot of confidence to get vertical.

So go ahead any drills you know post them.
